This is a 5-6 minute circuit where the athlete works through a series of sport-functional movements without rest. The pace is moderate here as the athlete completes 3 full rounds without rest for 15-20 mins of consistent training. Just the 1st round is shown here

he's having another good year. he's a +5 rating and plays a ton of hard minutes with the Cougars. Definately not a points guys (5 pts all year) but plays good shut down defense and is a big strong guy
