The good ol-days of the home gym! Started in Ohio with a little portable heater for the winters. If you can be intense in a home gym then you get the job done any where. Keep it up.

Thanks Carlos, i travel so dam much I get my fill of gyms around the country, so when Im home I like to go into the garage and get it done. I train at Francos athletic club which is crowded usually(someone always jumps in on what ever mach your using) and when i get into the powerlifting frame of mind(lookin to get hurt again) I go to downtown fitness on the north shore-jesse kellum(800lb bencher at 220) and his crew train there
I have a decent set up at home thu for 2-4 people
-Bodymasters smith mach, chest supported row
-bodysolid preacher/tricep ext combo
-Paramount power rack
-hyper extension-roman chair
-powerblock dumbells up to 90lbs and then spin locks to 120lbs with a few hex dumbells from 25lbs, 30's, 40's, 65's,
-cheap plate loaded lat pulldown with 3 different bars
-decline to incline nautillus bench with leg ext and leg curl
-body solid bench flat to streight up
-200 something pounds of chains, bunch of jump strecth bands, 2 to 4 boards
-shoulder horn, perfect pullup handles, 3 olympic bars, 3 areobic steps, bunch of spira bands also
-700some odd lbs of weights I know I have 16 45's and a pair of 45 bumper plates

And in a week the PowerTec Compact Leg sled-press is coming with calf apparatess....can't wait!!!!LOL

The one thing I don't have is AC!!!!!!!!! LOL but I got 2 fans that blow hot air

Talking about Powerlifters, I had dinner with James Henderson (711 bench raw and natural) friday night. I'll be telling that story at my journal in the next few days.

that'll be cool, i know this sounds bad, i thought he died.
More then likely thinking of OD Wilson....James was a mule, i never saw him lift in person, i did a few national bench meets kinda after he stopped.

6-22-08 Big Time Gpp Endurance Work Today

bike ride
2 1/2 hours....35 miles

about 2 hours later did some tree cutting with a extender saw cut and drug for about an hour...this kicked my ass, starting feeling sick so stopped and drank a good 16oz's of OJ with BCAA's, bad thing is i didnt even put a dent into what i wanted to get cut, ive got a dam tree that has grown right over my chimney and airconditioner unit so im having to make small 3-4 foot cuts to be able to clear the airconditioner-what a bitch, and just perfect height to where its hard to get an angle on and leverage on the saw, made for one bitch of a shoulder workout thu!

the burnt turtle story
I caught this big ass box turtle out in my street about 5 weeks ago, kept it for my kids to play with. i put it water inside their little ticks wagon so after a day of turtle excitment i decided to let the turtle go. Funny thing i have never seen a box turtle pissed off-this thing was pissed snapping at me bitting me, it was a good size!
So i let go in the backyard. Well, i pill tree limbs up in the back corner of my yard to burn after they dry out for a few weeks so, i have always found turtles very large black and red snakes and possiums hiding in these limbs.
About 3 weeks ago i cut the grass around these limbs, lifted them up looked for mammals and didnt see anything so i poured gas on the stuff and set it on fire. after the blaze calmed down i started shuffling the limbs around and i see the dam box turlte all swollen out of its shell cooked!!

the bad one was the dam dog that attacked me at my kids swim teachers house-i kicked it under the jaw and it went into a siezer! Wasnt a good scene

flew to Indianaoplis today, man i hate airports!!
F'ing airlines have no customer skills what so ever.i almost lost it today and went to jail but i controlled my self one more time, dont know how many more control moments i have thu. I think airlines are actual trained vise-versa to learn how to push your buttons and piss you off instead of trying to make things ok for you.

workout tonite..........shoveled about 10lbs of beef down my mouth at Fogo De Choa Brazilian steak house with a lillte broccoli, passed by the fitness room in my hotel and looked at the eliptical............going find a Golds tomorrow.

AND TO BITCH ABOUT ONE MORE THING MY LEGS AND LOWER BACK ARE SORE AS HELL FROM YESTERDAY
